NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Georgetown will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at the Town Hall, 39 The Circle, Georgetown, DE at 6:15 p.m. to hear the following request:
CASE #2009-22 Conditional Use Application
An application by Jeffrey & Kelly Niethammer, for a conditional use to allow the owners to open and run a hair salon in the garage of their single family home. The property is located at 306 Carolyn Street identified as Sussex County Tax District 135 Map 14.20 Parcel 53.00 and zoned Urban Residential (UR1).
The application is available for public inspection at the Planning and Zoning Department located at 333 North Race Street during the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. It is recommended that any written comments be forwarded to the above mentioned address in advance of the meeting to ensure all documentation is forwarded to the Council to review prior to the meeting. All interested parties are invited to attend and comment on the application. Said hearing may be adjourned without further notice.
