Community Notice

Sussex County Rehabilitation Program:
Sussex County Community Development & Housing Department has funds for housing repairs and housing rehabilitation needs.
Funds are limited and we provide services on a first-come first-serve basis.
Applicants must:
- Own their home and be a permanent resident of Sussex County
- Meet income guidelines
- Be current on their property taxes and utilities
- Have an insured/insurable home
